Terms & Conditions
- Members must quote their membership number when making a reservation or on check-in to ensure any points are allocated to their account.
- Points will be allocated after the guest has checked out and will only be allocated to the guest, who must be a member, not to any third party making the reservation. One claim per room only.
- A valid email address is required to validate membership.
- Points have no monetary value.
- Points cannot be collected on tour bookings, agency staff rates, complimentary nights or selected promotional rates.
- Reservations for a free night must be made via Central Reservations only on 0845 850 3013 and are subject to availability. Members must quote their membership number at the time of making the reservation for their free night so that claims can be verified.
- Rewards can only be redeemed by the member and not by a third party.
- Menzies Hotels reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time having given the members one month's written notice.
